Our Club offers programs for youth in grades 1–12 focused on three priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Programs include homework help and tutoring, STEAM, arts and music, sports leagues, swimming in our indoor pool, fitness and wellness, cooking and yoga, eSports, leadership clubs, mental health and wellness support, college and career readiness, community service, field trips, and supervised activities in the Game Room.

Hours may vary during holidays or special programming, so please contact the Club to confirm seasonal schedule changes.

Costs vary by program and season. Annual membership covers August through July, and break program pricing is typically available about one month in advance.

Yes. High school students can volunteer through the Teen Center’s Keystone Club, which offers leadership development opportunities. To volunteer, students must be members of the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Springs. Volunteer opportunities are available in academic success, career preparation, community service, and teen outreach. No, your child does not have to attend the Club every day. However, we do not prorate or refund for days a member does not participate.

Transportation is currently available for Children’s Center members in 1st–8th grade from select schools. All transportation arrangements must be made through Sylvia Martinez, Children’s Center Unit Director. Bus transportation is provided at no cost, and Club transportation is available for a $40 weekly fee. Teen Center transportation is not currently available.

To sign your child up, please register online through our Parent Portal. Parents must create an account and purchase a membership for their child at the time of registration. Please be ready with your child’s information, primary contact information, and emergency contacts. If you need assistance, please call (760) 327-1304 and speak with one of our Unit Directors.

Yes. We offer partial scholarships for families who need assistance. The scholarship application is completed during the membership registration process. If you are requesting help, please select Charge to Household at the end of registration while staff reviews your application. Pay stubs and a statement of need are required for staff to review the scholarship application.

Yes. Meals and snacks are provided every day during our after-school program. During extended hours and break programs, members are provided breakfast, lunch, and a snack.

Yes. We are open during school breaks, which are considered extended hours. Please refer to the Club Hours chart for break schedules. We are closed on most major holidays, but may be open the day before or after. For the most accurate schedule, please check with your unit.

Please make sure your child comes in closed-toe shoes and comfortable activewear so they can fully participate in Club activities. On pool days, children should also bring a swimsuit and towel.

Yes. We offer summer camp for youth in 1st through 12th grade.
